We are a mission-driven, dynamic, and rapidly expanding software company passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the public sector.

You will play an important role in reducing customer churn, increasing revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships while collaborating with support, onboarding, sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage with current customers to understand their needs and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and guide customers through pricing changes and account transitions.

  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals and customer advocacy.

  • Leverage existing customer success to generate new business through referrals and strategic partnerships.

  • Own specific customer accounts and proactively manage their ongoing needs.

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and identify usage-based upgrade opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales on customer handoffs and revenue-growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Coordinate with Marketing on referral and upsell campaigns.

  • Drive renewals, account expansion, referrals, and lead generation within existing accounts.
